This agreement defines the rights, responsibilities, and access protocols for individuals designated as "Beneficiaries" within the AfterToMe ecosystem.
1. Designation
You have been identified as a Beneficiary by a User (the "Creator") of AfterToMe. This designation allows you to receive specific digital assets, messages, or documents upon the fulfillment of certain conditions (Triggers).
2. Rights of Access
As a Beneficiary, you have the right to:
- Receive the "After Life File" (ALF) specifically addressed to you.
- Access decrypted contents of the SecretVault™ segments assigned to your unique ID.
- Interact with the EchoSoul™ instance of the Creator, if authorized by them.
Note: You do not have the right to access the Creator's entire account or private data not explicitly assigned to you.
3. Verification Requirements
To prevent fraud and ensure the Creator's intent is honored, you must:
- Verify your identity (email, phone, and potentially government ID) before accessing sensitive vaults.
- Maintain the confidentiality of any access codes provided to you.
4. Responsibilities
You agree to handle the inherited data with respect and confidentiality. AfterToMe is not responsible for disputes arising between multiple beneficiaries regarding the distribution of digital assets.
5. Dispute Resolution
If you believe a designation is fraudulent or erroneous, you must submit a formal claim to legal@aftertome.com accompanied by legal documentation (e.g., court order). We will pause the release of data pending legal resolution.
Access is granted strictly based on the cryptographic triggers set by the Creator. AfterToMe cannot "unlock" a vault early, even upon request, if the Creator's pre-set conditions (Time Lock, Consensus, etc.) have not been met.
